JOB TITLE: Litigation Solicitor
PQE: NQ - 4 years
LOCATION: Kent
SALARY: £34 - 43,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor to take responsibility for dealing with matters of contentious probate and providing general litigation services to the firm’s clients. You will handle a variety of work to include (but not limited to) property litigation, professional negligence, building disputes, contractual disputes, partnership disputes, debt recovery, insolvency (corporate and personal), inheritance claims and contentious probate.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Litigation Solicitor will be from newly qualified up to 4 years’ PQE and will have had a grounding in a variety of litigation matters. Some contentious probate experience is desirable as is the willingness to work towards ACTAPS.
