Our client is looking for an experienced corporate solicitor to join their growing Corporate Team. This role will be based in Birmingham. You will undertake a broad mix of corporate work including M&A, corporate finance, equity capital markets, private equity, joint ventures, fundraising, shareholder agreements and general corporate advisory work. You will advise clients ranging from start-ups through to substantial private companies and PLCs on a broad range of corporate issues and transactions and much of your work will have an international aspect. Depending on experience, you will either support partners and other members of the team, or you will work on your own matters largely unsupervised.

You will be a 3+PQE qualified with experience gained in a City or regional firm. You will have a good background in transactional work and be able to demonstrate both working as part of a team on transactions, and/or managing transactions largely unsupervised. You will also be able to demonstrate an understanding of, and an interest in, helping to grow a team and a practice.

You need to be a driven individual who is also a good team member and able to maintain the very high standards of this firm. There are real progression prospects and an attractive salary package on offer here as you would expect from this quality of firm.
