Job Details
This public authority working across West Yorkshire, is looking to recruit a Property Solicitor to join its integral in house legal team. Based in central Leeds with an array of flexible and remote working options, this is a great opportunity for an experienced Property lawyer keen to transition to the public sector.
In this role you will act as a senior legal advisor, providing support, advice and guidance in relation to an array of property and land transactions. You will work across a range of interesting and significant schemes and projects for the local region and will also have exposure to the related development, planning and CPO matters.
The ideal applicant for this role will have upwards of c. 2 years experience in Commercial Property - experience working in the public sector would be helpful but is not a prerequisite. This role can offer significant flexibility around hours and remote working and is a great option for a Property Lawyer looking to strike a better work/life balance.
