Duties and Responsibilities of the Senior Construction Solicitor:
- Working on JCT and NEC forms and general construction processes
- Handling Construction dispute resolution matters
- Working collaboratively with the wider team
- Developing junior staff
- Growing the profitability of the department by attracting future business
