Rural based practice with national commercial property client base seeks to appoint an additional commercial property lawyer - excellent partnership prospects

This long-established practice, renowned for its collegiate working practices seeks to bolster its Commercial Property Department with the addition of a lawyer (associate level upwards, CILEX also of interest) to work closely with the partners on a range of developer, retail and industrial client matters.

This key strategic hire will add to the current offering which covers the whole range of real estate services and the incoming lawyer will receive excellent development and mentoring with a view to gaining partnership in the future. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking to join a more autonomous environment, work more closely with clients and would suit someone currently undertaking commercial property at any size of firm who would enjoy a good quality client base but without the punishing targets and long hours culture.
