Locum Property Lawyer
Remote Working
£45-50 per hour
Locum Property Lawyer is required to join a local authority based in Surrey on a remote working basis for a period of 3 months initially and the view for further extension.
Our client is a highly sought after place to work and holds a great reputation in the market. The role has arisen due to extra funding provided by the client to assist with clearing a backlog of matters in the team. The caseload would be mainly landlord and tenant related matters with the view to undertake other property matters such as commercial leases, licenses and wayleaves.
The successful property lawyer will be required to work autonomously however there is a team of 7 so the team are on hand for support alongside the manager.
Our client is open to considering full time and part time applicants, ideally those from a public sector background but is happy to consider private practice candidates also. They are ideally looking for a quick start but would be willing to wait for the right candidate.
