EDUCATION SOLICITOR - LEGAL TOP 50 FIRM - CAMBRIDGESHIRE An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the ranks of a Top 50 ranked firm in their Education department, working alongside the Head of Education & Governance to succeed in the role. This is a role for an education lawyer with at least 3 years' PQE and some litigation experience to join a determined and like-minded team on their work advising clients within the education sector. Such clients could include universities, colleges and academies on a range of issues, for example safeguarding, immigration, equality and diversity. The nature of the work undertaken will involve drafting and advising on governance documents, policies and procedures, advising on freedom of information and data protection, and conducting judicial reviews and civil claims. This is a very wide and varied role and could often allow you to contend with complex subject matter, so it is a role that ambitious and determined solicitors with this kind of experience would excel in. As you would be working alongside the partner and within a team, the ability to work both independently and as a unit is essential; however you would not be without supervisory support.
