TSR Legal are working with a well known and respected, multi award winning firm of Solicitors based in Cardiff. We are recruiting for an Employment Law Solicitor to join an existing team.

On offer is the opportunity to work with the highest calibre of clients, advising them on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment related issues. These matters can range from disciplinary and grievance matters to compliance regarding new legal requirements, restructuring, redundancies, industrial relations and employment tribunals.

The ideal candidate would be 3-5 PQE, however this is just a guide and candidates with more or less experience may also be considered.

You will have excellent client management skills and will be used to operating at client facing level, building long term relationships and networks with ranging businesses and clients.

Although the role is full time, our client will also consider candidates who are available on a part time basis.
