REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATE - 3PQE - LEGAL 500 - BIRMINGHAM
This is a brilliant opportunity for any real estate solicitor to join a fantastic firm that works with household names on their Real Estate transactions. A great place for any solicitor with some previous experience to consolidate their career and get on the path so exponential progress.
This firm works across the nations representing both public and private sector clients and they have an extensive network of offices around the globe. There is a vast and sometimes complex workload that the right solicitor will be required to undertake, however as this is an Associate role you will have the support of senior team members if you need it. Additionally, this role gives plenty of scope to provide supervision to your more junior colleagues, so you can develop essential leadership skills and become an exceptionally well-rounded professional.
The role's work involves acting on asset management and development agreements for lease for major institutional landlords, and being part of a team acting on investment and development sites for local and national developers and investors at all stages of transactions.
The ideal candidate comes from a strong background academically, but can apply the law using a commercial mindset. They will be able to build strong working relationships quickly and will be able to work as part of a team naturally and enthusiastically.
