THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity for a Private Client Lawyer with solid experience in dealing with contentious private client matters including contested estates, wills and trust disputes. Working closely with the partner you will be dependent on experience be working on a varied caseload of contentious matters in relation to Wills and Trusts. THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Contentious Private Client Solicitors who have at least 2 years PQE in dealing with contentious Wills, Estate and Trusts work gained within a leading law firm renowned for this type of work. If you possess good academics and are keen to develop a successful career within this area of law then we would like to hear from you. This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor with excellent communication and client care skills along with a solid technical proficiency in all aspects of contentious wills, trust and probate.
