Our client, a top rated Technology powerhouse, is looking for a 2-6 year PQE Associate to join their award winning IP group.

You will be working on the most challenging and interesting IP matters, working with leading names and brands across the Tech, Media and Sports sectors to name a few.

However, they are a market leaders in the Corporate, Financial Services, Litigation, IP and other sectors compounded of the back of their very strong sector focuses. Considered one of the most innovative firms you will work with high profile clients, on challenging and interesting instructions. A number of high-profile work highlights, have really sored this firms' impressions over the last 10 years.

With over 25 offices globally, you will work with on largely International matters as well as with the largest FTSE 250 Companies Unlike may large Corporate firms, work life balance and culture is a key strength of this practice with reasonable hours and impressive flexi schemes on offer.

This is an exciting opportunity to join this International practice within their Intellectual Property team, within City of London. The IP team is ranked highly in the legal directories and contains a number of leading individual Partners. The group has been growing from strength to strength both in the UK and Internationally and acts for a wide range of quality clients including brand owners, largest tech companies, life science, content and digital services, and largest publishers and brand advertisers.

You will be working on a diverse caseload including:

• Involvement within a wide range of contentious, advisory and transactional IP work, with a good scope for International exposure.
• This includes but not limited to Trade Market, design disputes, licenses and other agreements relating to trademarks
• Sponsorship, franchise and merchandise agreements.
• Trade mark registry proceedings
• Copyright and data base rights including publishing and performance agreements within music, film & tv and sports.
• Corporate IP support

To be considered for this position, you will need

• To be a qualified Solicitor between 2-6 years PQE
• Be experienced within a respectable IP/Tech or Media group.
• To enjoy a client facing position
• Strong enthusiasm for soft IP
