Location - Hemel Hempstead
Salary - £70,000
New opportunity for an ambitious In-House Lawyer to join a fast-growing Professional Services business in Hertfordshire. The role is fully home working so candidates who are not within commutable distance will be considered.
As Legal Counsel, you will support the Legal Director in providing a dedicated service to support the business. This will include:
- Review and negotiate all contracts related to supplier, outsourcing, IT Software
- Develop and maintain working relationships with sales, operations, marketing etc
- Input into procedural and operational processes related to the wider group activities
- Advising on legal risks and liabilities associated with business activities in relation to various areas of compliance, such as GDPR etc…
Experience of an in-house environment is useful as you will be accustomed to a fast paced environment as part of a small team. You will have experience of Commercial contract drafting and negotiation, and be comfortable advising on all legal matters to the senior stakeholder group.
