Corporate Commercial - 2 years + PQE - Oxfordshire
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, experienced Corporate Commercial solicitor to join an excellent firm in one of their Oxfordshire offices.
This highly successful firm enjoys a great regional reputation, and they pride themselves on their flexible, friendly approach. They are looking for a talented and ambitious Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their growing team.
The ideal candidate will have around 5 years PQE, but this firm is willing to consider excellent solicitors with PQE upwards of 2 years who can demonstrate broad experience of corporate commercial work.
You will be undertaking a varied mix of corporate work, including transactional projects, mergers and acquisitions, restructures, franchise and shareholder agreements, alongside occasional business development.
