COMMERCIAL LAWYER
Top 50 national law firm is looking to recruit an experienced commercial lawyer into its highly rated team based in Birmingham.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will join an established team that acts for a diverse client base. The role will involve advising and assisting clients in connection with non-contentious commercial work with a focus on technology and data work. Duties include advising and assisting on:
- drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
- providing advice on issues such as privacy and data sharing issues
- competition law
- e-commerce and other web based issues
Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking and solicitor with the following:
- A previous track record dealing with commercial contracts work.
- Someone with the ability to prioritise finding solutions for clients.
- Good negotiating skills.
- Happy to spend time on short term client secondments as and when required.
