Job Details
A well established law firm in Chichester are looking to expand their property team with an additional junior Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive.
Joining a close knit team who are well known in the local area, you'll be handle a range of commercial property transactions including disposals and acquisitions, landlord & tenant, finance, and some residential development.
It is essential that you have some grounding in Property work, having undertaken one or more seats in Commercial Property and/or Residential Conveyancing and some prior training or an interest in advancing skills in general commercial would be an advantage (but is not a requirement).
You will likely be a newly qualified Commercial Property Solicitor or CILEx / FCILEx (up to 3 years PQE) and be commercially aware. Applications from Trainees who are due to qualify this year are also encouraged to apply.
