The role:

This firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor 5+ years PQE to work in their thriving Witney office.

You will take on a mixed caseload of work across landlord and tenant matters, complex development projects, acquisitions and disposals of portfolios of property, estate management work and more. If you're also able to help out with any cross over on the residential side, this would be highly desirable.

The team acts for clients in and around the South West/East, but their reach spans across the UK within sectors including retail, construction, technology, education and hospitality.

As an established lawyer, you'll be able to demonstrate effective business development capabilities as the firm want someone who is able to build new relationships to further strengthen their foothold in the market.

Requirements:

• Commercial Property Solicitor 5+ years PQE
• Highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated
• Track record in business development & marketing the department projects
