The role:

The firm is seeking to appoint a Corporate Commercial Solicitor 5+ years PQE to take on a key position within their Oxford office.

You will undertake a broad range of corporate commercial work for businesses including SMEs, private clients, start-ups and UK subsidiaries of multi-nationals valued up to £10m.

The team have built a varied and interesting client base that spans across the UK and they're looking for someone who can continue to enhance the firm's presence in the corporate commercial space.

As an established lawyer who is comfortable running your own transactions, you will demonstrate strong technical skills to apply to the management of commercial contracts.

Requirements:

• Corporate Commercial Solicitor 5+ years PQE
• Strong commercial contract handling skills including drafting, negotiation and amendments
• You will be entrepreneurial with a desire to engage in business development projects
