Your new company
This company has an established and impressive profile and is seeking a dedicated and ambitious property litigator to work in its Sheffield office.
Your new role
This role will see you handle an interesting caseload which will contain a combination of third party damage construction disputes / contract related disputes. This role will also require you to assist and develop junior members of the team. A key requirement of this role will be to have a sound understanding of the company's strategy and to be able to provide legal advice at several different levels throughout the business.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a property litigation lawyer at NQ level or with up to circa 5 years' PQE. You will have good management experience and will be a well-rounded team player. As well as having experience in dealing with significant commercial and/or contentious matters, you will have the ability to manage projects and see them through to conclusion while working towards strict deadlines.
