Our client has an opening within their excellent real estate finance team. The firm is pleased to announce that its extremely successful department has an opening, and it is keen to expand. Any potential candidate will be expected to be able handle all aspects of real estate legal issues on behalf of the firm’s major banking clients. The successful candidate will gain exposure to a wide range of legal work, some of which will be London originated, and they will benefit from a collaborative team and mentoring from senior members of staff. 

The firm is also open to receiving applications from individuals with broader real estate experience, so exposure to real estate finance work is not essential but preferred. The successful candidate will be an ambitious self-starter who wants to take on more responsibility and who enjoys developing client relationships. The client feels that having a proactive approach and being able to operate in a high performing busy environment is key to success in this role

This role is an opportunity to join a supportive and collegiate team and to gain access to top level industry training. The firm is committed to excellent client services and top-level training and development is critical to maintaining their high level of client service.

Candidates are expected to be a minimum of 2+ years’ PQE but our client will consider candidates less PQE if long as they can demonstrate the above experience.

Salary is dependent on experience with the minimum starting at £45,000.
