Charities Solicitor - Any PQE Level - Cardiff

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Solicitor to join a well-established national law firm based in their Cardiff office. This role offers the chance grow and develop your career with complex and rewarding commercial/corporate transactional work. You will be filling a key role in an expanding team, with strong potential for career progression.

The firm's Charities Team is developing a strong reputation within a growing sector. The firm have leveraged their enviable client base which includes large national and household name charities, cross referring to expand this particular offering quickly.

Candidates with experience either in training or post-qualification of Corporate law will be considered and particularly candidates with experience working with charities in a legal advisory capacity.

You will be giving advice on a wide range of legal issues associated with charities, third sector and social enterprises with a particular emphasis on set up, governance, amendments, mergers and trading issues.
