Chadwick Nott have been instructed to source on a brand new opportunity for a contentious probate specialist to join a dedicated team out of modern offices in either Bristol, Exeter or Truro. Depending on where you are, this could be an excellent opportunity to relocate to some of the best parts of the South West.

My client is a top 100 UK law firm with a very strong national reputation in dispute resolution as a whole and with this sub team proving no exception to this. Some very high quality and value work is on offer, as well as excellent career progression.

You'll have at least 5 years post qualified experience in contentious probate work and ideally but not essentially have some trusts litigation exposure. They are currently very busy and looking to expand in response to client demands and a positive steady flow of instructions.
