Private Client Solicitor (5+ PQE)

A well-respected and down-to-earth multi-service law firm are looking to take on a Private Client Solicitor with 5+ years PQE.  

In this role, you’ll work as part of a small and dynamic team and handle a broad range of private client work on behalf of local clients and high-net-worth individuals.   

Initially, this opportunity is office-based, but after you have settled in, you will be able to work from home for part of the week. For those looking to progress their career, there is a ready route to partnership that won’t require you to jump through hoops. 

What's more, the firm are open to considering part-time for the right candidate. 

Private Client Solicitor – High Peak  

The company & role  

• A small and well-established regional firm with a dynamic approach and friendly culture  
• You’ll be responsible for a varied and interesting private client caseload involving the administration of estates and trusts, advising on tax matters with a focus on Inheritance Tax migration and estate planning for asset protection 
• Alongside maintaining existing relations with clients, you’ll also have the opportunity to get involved in business development activity to help drive new business and grow the team 
• The firm have an open and relaxed working environment and provide their lawyers with excellent salaries and benefits 
• While this role is based at the firm’s High Peak office, you will also be expected to work from their office in Manchester city centre as required  
• Commutable from Stockport, Wilmslow, Glossop, New Mills and Ashton-under-Lyne

The ideal candidate  

• A self-motivated Private Client solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE  
• Will have experience of dealing with a wide range of private client matters  
• Will be well-organised with excellent client care skills  
• Will be STEP qualified 
• Will enjoy developing third-party relationships and helping to drive new business
