Chadwick Nott have been instructed on a fantastic opportunity for an experienced private client lawyer ca. 2-3pqe to join one of the leading firms in the area with a great client base and innovative, progressive partners. A genuine opportunity for you to join a firm, highly rated in both Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners, that is consistently going from strength to strength with one of its main hubs in Exeter. This is a firm that has the quality of clients and work you would normally find only in the City, so if you are looking for a private client role out of London and don't want to compromise on quality of work, or are looking for a step up in the Regions, our Client would like to hear from you.

This is a highly praised commercial firm where its private client team is integral to its growth plans. With private client making over 20% of its turnover, you will not be the poor relation here! You could be joining a well-established team of over 25 lawyers, dealing with wills, tax, trusts (off-shore and on-shore) HNWI and landed estates. You will be instrumental in helping take them to the next level. You will be a bright, enthusiastic and ambitious private client lawyer, with experience of advising HNWI on Trusts, tax and succession planning, and ideally with some international experience . This is a role working closely with lead Partner, where you will have the opportunity to work on multi-jurisdictional work, advising non-UK domiciled clients, so experience of off shore work would be an advantage although support and training will be on offer if you don't have this experience. Ideally you will be STEP qualified (but not essential) and have a "can do" proactive, client facing approach.
