A leading firm requires a senior solicitor at least 5 yrs + PQE specialising in corporate work to join the team.
The role will include dealing with a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. There will be M&A work dealing with matters in mid market level with values around the £70m to £100m level. there clienst are based in the Hospitality; Technology; Retail & Fashion and Food & Drink sectors There are good prospects for career development, this is an excellent opportunity to join a prestigious firm.
