A superb opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor, looking to take the next step in their career with an excellent firm in Warwickshire

The Role

You will be working as part of a highly skilled team of commercial property solicitors. Based in our clients Warwickshire office this role would be ideal for a solicitor or associate looking to join a leading legal 500 law firm.

Our client's is a full service multi office law firm looking to expanded there well-established commercial property team, there has never been a better time to join this fantastic team

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 year' experience of Commercial

Conveyancing. You will be able to handle your own case load from start to finish in areas

including:

 Commercial Property Sales and Purchases;

 Commercial Property Leases (Landlord, Tenant and Utilities);

 Business Sales and Acquisitions;

 Commercial Transfers;

 Residential Development - Sales and Purchases;

 Sales of Land, including land for development;

 Deed of Easements;

 Assignment of Equitable Interests;

 Trading / Partnership Agreements;

 Re-Financing;

 Guarantee and Loan Agreements;

HR/February 2021

 Partnership Trusts;

 Section 106 Agreements.!
