Property Solicitor

Are you a property solicitor with at least 12 months’ experience in commercial property? Do you want to work for a firm that can offer flexible working, a percentage of the week home working with the opportunity to be trained into agricultural property? 

If so, our Legal 500 client is looking for a property solicitor with experience in commercial property to join its leading agricultural team. The firm will consider anyone NQ upwards and will re-train you into specialising in agricultural and rural affairs matters from inception through to completion.

Your role will be working closely with the divisional head to provide advice on land sales, purchases, rights of way, agricultural tenancy matters as well as option agreements. A comprehensive understanding of property and transactional work along with an understanding of agricultural law is necessary.
