In a close-knit and friendly Tier 1 team, you will work with Chambers-ranked Partners in all housing management matters within a successful litigation unit.

Leading the market in a unique and well-sought after law field, the team provides expert legal advice to registered social landlords (RSLs) and local and national Government across Wales and England. The team also represent a vast range of RSL and local authority clients defending disrepair claims, along with matters concerning anti-social behaviour.

You will advise on all aspects of tenancy management, with the role being varied and fast-paced.

3 PQE+, with existing experience in housing management or a more broad background and looking to specialise, you will consistently progress as a lawyer both in expertise and position within the team. The structured approach to development will work in your favour in what you wish to achieve.

The Requirements

  • 3+ years PQE within housing management/property litigation, or wishing to focus on this area following a more broad litigation background
  • An empathetic approach to providing guidance
  • Confidence when working in a fast-paced, yet fully supported environment
  • Passion for what you do, welcoming ongoing career development opportunities and continuous accreditation and academics, being fully supported.
