Job Details
This major UK law firm has a vacancy for a Real Estate Associate / Senior Associate to join their busy department in Birmingham.
Our client has an outstanding reputation for advising on complex, headline making real estate transactions and is an award winning practice, famed for its entrepreneurial, forward thinking approach and team orientated culture.
You will handle broad ranging matters including commercial acquisitions, disposals, development, landlord & tenant and general property work. You will have at least one real estate seat with a recognised firm for property law.
Working as part of a national and renowned real estate group, you will advise diverse clients including commercial developers, investors, owner occupiers and companies with substantial property interests on diverse and challenging work drawn from the local region and from further afield.
