A top IP law firm with an award winning Trademark’s practice are looking to bring in a Trademark Attorney to manage international trade mark portfolios with a high degree of autonomy.

The IP advises global clients on a wide range of IP issues through the full lifecycle of a business, and across a large variety of matters – from trademarks and designs registration, high profile licensing arrangements, regulatory advice, to representation in patent litigation and advice on patent transactions and other technology related matters.

You will be a qualified Trademark Attorney with 1 – 5 years’ PQE who is looking to make a move to an international law firm with a renowned Intellectual Property team.

This opportunity has come about due to continued growth and success and is litigation based. As such, experienced dealing with trade marks from searching to disputes is ideal and commercial contracts experience would be beneficial. An interest in other areas of IP would be advantageous to this role, as you will have the chance to get stuck in across the board.
