Job Details
A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a successful, established international law firm in the City. Our client is now keen to add an Associate with good, hands-on experience in a broad range of corporate matters due to a substantial amount of work for a 6 months FTC.
The successful applicant will be working closely alongside a Partner in corporate transactions with a focus on IFAs, dentists and nurseries. The breadth of work will include M&A, joint ventures, corporate finance and investments. Candidates are not expected to have experience working with clients within the above industries.
The position will suit an England & Wales qualified lawyer with the ability to start a new role immediately or in short notice and who has between two and three years' PQE, although we will consider strong applicants just outside this level. A corporate experience gained from a rated City, West End, or international firm is a must.
Australian and New Zealand qualified lawyers and candidates outside London are also encouraged to apply.
