A Conveyancing Paralegal with, ideally, previous experience in Residential Property is required by a conveyancing team in a Leicester law firm.
The Firm
Recognised by legal commentators in various directories for their legal advice in a wide area of law. The firm provides support and advice to clients on a regional and national basis in both personal and business law.
 
The Role
 
The Conveyancing Paralegal will undertake the following;
 
·Providing legal support whilst working under the supervision of the Team Leader;
·Managing data/records;
·Reviewing documents;
·Drafting and producing property related legal documents, correspondence and standard forms;
·Assisting with the inception, progress and completion of client files;
·Handling confidential and sensitive information;
·Understanding and utilising basic financial information;
·Communicating directly with clients, estate agents and mortgage lenders;
·Utilising case management software;
·Post completion.
 
The Candidate
 
Whilst the ideal candidate will be forward thinking, dynamic with a modern approach to working within a busy, professional team. Full training can be given, some residential conveyancing experience is desirable.
 
Salary dependent upon experience
