Corporate Governance Support Consultant - Bristol/ Hybrid Working

Your new firm
This well-known employer is currently looking for a Business Support Consultant to join their Corporate Governance team in Bristol . This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at a time of growth and transformation. This role will be based in Bristol however there is the opportunity for a mixture of both home and office working, therefore it is anticipated that you will live within commutable distance of Bristol.
Your new role
Working within the Corporate Governance team, you will support the delivery of UK Managed Service client engagements, working on a portfolio of UK private limited companies. This is a full time and permanent role; as a Business Support Consultant you will assist in general admin and recruitment admin support, as well as drafting contracts and managing the Salesforce (CRM system) updates. You will also be responsible for managing:
  • Customer Due Diligence
  • BD - proposals/RFPs - 1st drafts/formatting
  • collating invoice details/amounts and accruals monthly


  • Social media/marketing/events support
  • Onboarding - including IT requests
  • Induction
  • Expenses for business activities ( i.e., companies house fees)


What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have UK corporate administration or business administration experience within professional services or industry. You might be training for your ICSA qualification, or you might be an experienced administrator with a keen eye for detail looking for a new challenge in the legal/corporate governance world. You will be experienced at building effective working relationships with clients and colleagues and will be organised with experience of delivering to tight deadlines. Advanced IT skills (incl. Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and experience of using legal entity management technology would be desirable.
