Commercial Litigation / Personal Injury Solicitor - Remote

Our client is one of the world's leading international firms, and they are leaders in several fields of law.

We are now recruiting for a commercial litigation or personal injury solicitor with at least 5 years PQE for a new remote working opportunity.
The role will involve managing a team of Solicitors, Senior Solicitors, Barristers, Trainees and Legal Analysts who are working on document review, due diligence and fee earning on claims for major corporate entities. It is a great opportunity for personal injury candidates to move in to another area of litigation. You will ensure that project management milestones are met, supervise on matters of a complex nature and set up training where necessary.

We are keen to hear from solicitors or barristers (England and Wales or Northern Ireland qualified, or those who are willing to requalify in England and Wales). Candidates with a personal injury background must have had experience in assessing recoverability and quantum in complex cases. You must have experience of supervising junior lawyers and legal staff.

Whilst this is a predominantly remote role some travel to offices may be required from time to time.
