Bindman LLP’s Immigration department are recruiting two highly motivated lawyers to the following positions:

  1. Senior Associate/Salaried Partner with an established reputation and with a following in business immigration and/or personal immigration including asylum.
  2. Solicitor - 2-4 years PQE with experience in business immigration and/or personal immigration including asylum.

We are looking for lawyers with experience in immigration, asylum and nationality law to work with our first class team. The posts provide exciting opportunities to help develop your own practice areas and the ability to work within and contribute to a dynamic and high performing team.

The team has clients from all over the UK and abroad, and offers legal aid where available. Applicants should have experience of litigation in both the immigration tribunal and in the Courts.
