A well-regarded firm based in Hampshire are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Locum Lawyer to join their team for a period of 4 weeks while they recruit permanently.  The firm is searching for applicants with an experienced and focused background in Commercial Property.  Further details are outlined below:

Key Duties:

-      The successful Commercial Property Locum must be able to handle all aspects of commercial property, including acquisitions and disposals

-      Dealing with landlord and tenant matters along with all asset management matters

-      Able to work on lease and license matters

Job Details:

-      Able to work remotely

-      4-week role but could potentially be extended

-      Full time

-      This role is to start on the 20^th September 2021

-      Must have at least 4 years PQE

-      The successful applicant must be competent with IT systems
