A Leeds law firm who act for a wide range of long standing clients in both the public and private sector, including all forms of NHS organisations, governmental and regulatory bodies, registered providers, insurers, police, fire and rescue services, independent health and social care providers, charities and GP practices requires a Housing Management Solicitor with up to 5 years' PQE

A very successful law firm employing over 500 staff with offices located in strategical locations across the UK. The firm are recognised for their employee support and welfare.
 
The Role
The successful candidate will be someone who can work closely with clients, provide first class practical advice and who is technically proficient in housing management work. Prior experience in running a high quality litigation case load, anti-social behaviour, residential possession claims, civil injunctions and housing disrepair will be highly regarded.
The role will involve responsibility for your own case load, with some support available from Paralegals as well as working closely with the Partners and other Solicitors on business development opportunities and marketing.
 
The Candidate
A qualified Solicitor from NQ to 5 years' PQE with a background of litigation, anti-social behaviour, possession claims, housing disrepair.
A genuine interest in growing business from existing clients as well as targeting and attracting new clients is therefore very important.
 
Salary to £65,000
