Commercial Property Solicitor
Our client, a well-established, full-service practice in Leicestershire, is seeking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their well-regarded Real Estate Team.
You will take on a busy and varied commercial property caseload and progress matters independently. Typical matters will include Landlord and Tenant matters, freehold sales and purchases, secured lending work, investment sales and purchases.
The work includes complex matters and promises to be intellectually stimulating. You will enjoy a high level of client contact and be encouraged to build and maintain strong business realtionships.
The firm is well respected in the local area and has a loyal client base and is performing well across the board but particularly in Commercial Property. They are Lexcel accredited and have a commitment to following best practice.
The salary on offer is negotiable and will be competitive. A degree of flexible working will be offered once you are established.
The position would be best suited to a Commercial Property Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE.
