 Our client, a long-established practice in south London is searching for an ambitious, highly motivated commercial property solicitor who is looking to develop within a tight knit, passionate team.

You will have a broad knowledge of real estate matters and have managed your own caseload. You will need to demonstrate that you are commercially minded and have experience within the commercial property field.

As a team, they act for a wide variety of commercial clients from sole traders to property developers and large corporations handling a variety of work including:

• Acquisitions, Disposals, and leases of all Commercial Property
• Residential & Commercial Development
• Commercial refinances including portfolio refinances
• Sales and Purchases of Businesses
• Land development
