The Firm This highly successful law firm works with both private and public sector clients. The Role This is a non-contentious role within a housing and regeneration department focusing upon registered providers in advising them on public procurement by advising, reviewing and drafting a wide range of commercial contracts including; Sale and supply of goods & Services, IT Software agreements Intellectual property rights Collaboration and Partnership Agreements The Candidate A qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years experience of Commercial Contracts. A commercial minded individual with excellent communication skills, a hard work ethic and able to work confidently with Partners on high quality work. Salary to £65,000 + bonus
