Locum Childcare Solicitor
Venn Group's specialist legal team are delighted to be recruiting for a Locum Childcare Solicitor for a well – established firm based in the West Midlands.
The firm are looking for someone to carry out the role in the coming weeks on an ongoing basis. Our client is ideally looking for someone to join the team on a full-time basis, however part-time candidates will also be considered.
The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with strong and recent knowledge of Childcare Law. The successful applicant may be expected to be able to provide Childcare advice and undertake all aspects of Care Proceedings work. They will also be able to Conduct advocacy before the Family Courts and instruct counsel and the Council's in-house advocates where appropriate as well as preparation of cases
