Corporate Solicitor - 3+ years PQE - KENT

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a leading firm who are looking for an ambitious Corporate Solicitor to join their thriving team.

The ideal candidate will be technically able and commercially minded, and have at least 3 years PQE although Solicitors with proven experience on complex M&As are welcomed to submit an application.

The role will be a mixed case load of corporate work, specialising in M&A. You will be working alongside senior solicitors and partners and be supported by a collaborative, talented team.

This is part of the firm's ambitious expansion plans, and there is lots of opportunity for the right candidate to build up a profitable caseload with minimal supervision - this is the perfect role for a candidate brilliant at independent work, but with the charisma and enthusiasm to collaborate with others on larger matters.
