The firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate/Senior Associate 4-7 PQE to join their office in the West End.

The work that the Real Estate department does is broad; they are ranked highly in the tiers for commercial property in the City of London.

This role will involve a particular focus on development work including experience of site assembly, development agreements, conditional sale contracts and options as well as experience with financing and disposals. Experience of development work in any sector is of interest, but particularly so in relation to mixed use developments and urban regeneration.

• You will be a Real Estate Associate 4-7 PQE
• You will ideally have qualified from a top City or West End practice (although applications will still be considered from a regional heavyweight background, for instance)
• This role comes with excellent prospects for progression
• You should ideally have achieved a 2:1 or above in your degree
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, plus an excellent benefits package
