The Role

The firm is seeking to recruit a Commercial Property Associate 3+ PQE into their City of London office.

You will be at the forefront of a highly ranked team with many Lawyers listed as leaders in their field in the Legal 500, working with the other partners to drive the department forwards.

The department deals with a broad range of work and client base across a growing number of industry sectors, and this variety will make for an interesting caseload.

The caseload will include; Sales and purchases of commercial premises, commercial leases, landlord and tenant and development work.

The team has a diverse mix of clients that span the public and private sector. These include commercial developers and investors, local authorities, housebuilders, retailers and major lenders.

On top of this, they operate across the full spectrum of assets, including offices, shopping centres, industrial/warehouse schemes and major development schemes.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property / Real Estate Solicitor with ideally 3+ years PQE
• You will have strong technical knowledge in real estate matters
• Excellent communication skills are essential
