Highly respected practice seeks to appoint talented and dynamic head of plot sales lawyer (solicitor/CILEX/qualified by experience) to shape its team in Newcastle.

Acting on behalf of key residential developers in the region, this is an outstanding opportunity for someone wanting a change and looking for a real growth role with plenty of potential for promotion. The ideal candidate will come from a plot sales environment or will have a strong track record in managing a residential team. Client facing skills are key as is people management experience. This long-established practice is renowned for its collegiate working environment and can offer a hybrid working role. Suitable applicants will already be North East based or looking to relocate to the North East.

This key strategic hire will be a core part of the firm's Newcastle office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking to join a more autonomous environment and work more closely with clients. The role would suit someone currently either heading a team or looking to move out of a number two position to head a team.
