Interim Paralegal

Varied 6 month Paralegal role, reporting to Head of Legal at an exciting renewables & power business in London

Your new role
This is a 6-month interim paralegal role, working within a small, flat structured team to encourage an open and welcoming environment. The day-to-day activities will focus on corporate due diligence, contract management and corporate governance administration as well as working with other members of the company. Due to the small size of the team the successful candidate will be asked to work on more varied and complex tasks as required.

What you'll need to succeed
As a guide you will need at least two years' experience as a paralegal in a law firm or in-house legal team. Candidates will have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment. Completion of the Legal Practise Course will be advantageous.
