An interim Commercial Lawyer role for six months working within a global pharmaceutical firm in the London.

Your new company
An iconic global leader and pioneer in the pharmaceutical industry, with state-of-the-art offices in London. The organisation is soon to begin a phased return to the office in a hybrid set up.

Your new role
The role is a temporary Commercial Lawyer position for 6 months, specifically supporting the business on its exit from selected European jurisdictions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will cover supporting the de-registration of entities within those jurisdictions, while working closely with advertising and product teams on existing and future product lines. Additionally, you will provide occasional litigation and governance support to both internal and external teams.

What you'll need to succeed
Candidates should have up to 10 years' PQE (as a guide), with experience in Commercial, Corporate, Governance, and Compliance matters. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry would be a bonus.
