The Role

The company are looking for a Financial Mis-selling Solicitor to join in their office based in Altrincham.

You will report to the Legal Director and be part of a collaborative and close-knit team. The team is growing fast and it's a great time to join the department and take training responsibilities for the junior members, giving you exciting prospects for the future.

You will deal with claims all representing the consumer such as; mis-selling events, financial services products, incorrect protection from landlords, doorstep lending. You will assist on case handling matters throughout the litigation process and become an integral part on the team.

Requirements

• You will be a Solicitor with a minimum of 1 years PQE
• Experience in Commercial or Civil litigation representing either claimant or defendant
• Experience is financial mis-selling would be high beneficial
• First class communication
• An entrepreneurial flair

Remuneration

• The roles comes with a very competitive basic salary and is negotiable depending on experience
• In addition to this, there is a lucrative bonus structure that is very achievable
