JOB TITLE: Clinical Negligence Lawyer
PQE: NQ – 5 years

SALARY: £Dependant on Experience

THE ROLE:
A fiercely sought-after position for a confident and ambitious Clinical Negligence Lawyer has become available at a highly regarded and successful law firm. The successful Lawyer will have the opportunity to join a team of highly successful clinical negligence lawyers and to manage a varied caseload which will incorporate both pre and post litigation work. You will be working on a challenging and rewarding caseload of multitrack claims, these include clients who have suffered from a wide range of injuries as a result of clinical negligence. This role will see the successful Clinical Negligence Lawyer dealing with all aspects of running the caseload from initial instruction through to court proceedings.

THE CANDIDATE:
Looking for a new challenge? Applications are sought after from qualified solicitors or legal executives, who will be newly qualified or have up to 5 years’ experience with a keen interest in furthering their knowledge and career within Clinical Negligence work. You will need to be confident negotiator and have the ability to make appropriate daily decisions on cases to ensure the swift progression of that case. This firm are seeking a team player with a genuine ‘can do’ attitude and will be willing to go above and beyond for clients.
