A Commercial Property Solicitor is required by a regional law firm to join their Commercial Property department working in Fareham. The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will some Commercial Property experience but, may be newly qualified, could have a number of years' fee earning experience.
 
The Firm
A well established private practice providing legal services to individuals and businesses in Hampshire have found their instructions rise considerably and are now in a position to hire.
 
The Role
The Commercial Property Solicitor will manage a case load of sales and purchases of commercial property under supervision of a Partner. The work will involve managing files from instruction through to completion and will include drafting, reviewing and negotiating leases, landlord and tenant agreements, lease back options and drafting legal documents.
 
The Candidate
A qualified Solicitor or Fee Earner with previous Commercial Property experience gained in private practice or during training. The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will have excellent communication experience and assist in business development.
