Social Housing Solicitor
A law firm with an office in Greater London require a Social Housing Solicitor to take up a full time position in a varied role.
The Firm
A leading London firm with a strong association with housing law working with many registered providers focusing on housing management, development and commercial property among some of the disciplines provided.
The Role
The Social Housing Solicitor will join a team dealing with all aspects of housing management such as possession cases, harassment, nuisance, anti social behaviour, injunctions, leasehold management, disrepair and dilapidations.
The Candidate
The Social Housing Solicitor will be a qualified Solicitor with at 1+ year's PQE representing social landlords in relation to housing law management. Previous experience of pre or post qualification in leasehold is highly desirable. Salary dependent upon experience.
